Learning how to learn

Since we are born we constantly learn new things. This learning process never stops, or at least should never stop. It is only when we become adults that this process slows down due to our sturbborness and lack of interest. What can we do to make people aware that learning, and learning how to learn is an essential tool to human developement? Our first priority must be spreading any valuable knowledge we have acquired throughout out lives and of course, be open to critisim.
